PASTOR CHUCK'S ROASTED CHICKEN WITH ALL NATURAL APPLE SALSA
  1. Lightly oil (olive) bottom of baking dish, (preferably cast iron).
  2. Wash throughly with cold water 5 lb. roasting chicken.
  3. In cavity of chicken put:
    • Quartered apple, with skin.
    • 2 medium size onions halved.
    • Other fruits as desired, e.g. lemon, orange, etc.
  4. Smother chicken with one 16 ounce jar of Pastor Chuck's All Natural Apple Salsa.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees 1.5 hours.
  7. Remove foil and spoon back on chicken any salsa that sticks to foil.
  8. Continue baking 1.5 hours or until done.
